1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CNG Near Me ("cngnearme.co.in"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using the Platform.

These Terms apply to all visitors, motorists, station attendants, and registered petrol pump dealers across India.

2Nature of Service & Real-Time Information Disclaimer

CNG Near Me provides an informational discovery and queue monitoring service for Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) filling stations. Information regarding CNG availability, dispenser pressure (bar), estimated queues, and retail fuel rates is submitted by verified station operators, dealers, and community inputs.

3Acceptable Use & Platform Security

Users agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Deploying automated scrapers, bots, spiders, or crawlers against our station API endpoints.
• Attempting to bypass security rate limits (maximum 5 requests per minute) or forge network IP headers.
• Submitting fraudulent, malicious, or defamatory ratings, reviews, or bogus job applications.
• Unauthorized attempts to probe, reverse-engineer, or breach operator accounts or administrator consoles.

4Dealer Station Listing & Annual Subscription Terms

Petrol pump dealers listing their CNG stations agree to the following obligations:

• Accurate Status Reporting: Station operators must accurately update real-time availability, queue estimates, and dispenser pressure. Deliberately misreporting gas status may result in revocation of verified badge status.
• Annual Listing Plan: Verified dealer listing is offered under a 1-year annual subscription plan of ₹4,999/year (unless promotional trial terms apply). Details are outlined in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• Credential Confidentiality: Station operators are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Login ID, password, and Station Secret Key.

5Job Application Portal Terms

The job application feature connects local candidates with petrol pump owners. CNG Near Me is strictly a technology platform and is not an employment agency, recruiter, or direct employer. We do not guarantee employment, interviews, or minimum wage conditions. All hiring contracts are strictly between the candidate and the pump dealer.

6Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, CNG Near Me and its proprietors, developers, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, including fuel exhaustion, towing charges, missed journeys, or vehicle breakdowns resulting from reliance on station information displayed on the Platform.

7Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal dispute, claim, or proceeding arising under or in connection with the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent civil courts at Nashik, Maharashtra, India.
